Partner Implementation Coordinator
Role Summary:
The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for the onboarding, feed setup, tracking and data support of the Business Development and Partner Account Management teams for both Buyers and Partners. This role assists in day-to-day operations for new and existing accounts including placement optimizations, campaign management, performance analysis, and troubleshooting. As a Partner Implementation Coordinator you will be accountable for the successful integration of partner products and white-glove support to the customer. This is a client-facing role.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Onboard new Publishers into Ziprecruiter Marketplace and manage long term implementation.
- Direct correspondence and follow up with customer stakeholders for implementation needs
- Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Assoc. during handoffs & launches
- Generate Partner placement assessments and recommendations.
- Estimate size and potential for specific Publisher placements and distribution partnerships.
- Evaluate and manage internal resource allocation to meet highest priority issues / opportunities..
- Provide appropriate product and optimization suggestions on a partner-by-partner and client-by-client basis for email campaigns, buyer budget, and/or distribution spend.
- Feed and scrap setup / troubleshooting and assessment.
- Tracking setup / troubleshooting / QA.
- Follow up on campaigns with reporting and optimization suggestions.
- Develop product expertise across all publisher executions, including ZipSearch, ZipAlerts, direct distribution as well as certain employer posting products
- Manage traffic quality issues with active partners and implement resolutions or termination
- Onboard new Buyer campaigns
- Estimate audience size for specific Buyer campaigns.
- Create and manage progress on support tickets related to managed accounts.
- Run detailed QA on incoming jobs to ensure quality content.
- Provide clear and concise feedback to Account Manager/Executive regarding QA results.
- Provide manager with reporting on existing campaigns under management.

- Able to assess data into a simple understandable narrative with actionable conclusions.
- Prioritize tasks to complete urgent requests on time.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Support.
- Analytical, persistent and ability to correlate data.
- Detail-oriented, organized and a master of time management.
- Enthusiastic, optimistic & a team player.
- Listens to and implements advice from manager.
- Experience supporting or managing performance-based buyers and partners desired.
- Experience working with SalesForce.com or other CRM desired.
- Experience working with driven, urgent sales personnel.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PPT).
- Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with partners and colleagues.
- Listens patiently. Will probe and clarify to get necessary details from sales and/or prospects.
- Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success.
